Can I return my wiper blades?

Yes, in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective goods, we will resupply you at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if we are unable to resupply in a timely manner.

How do I send back my wiper blades?

Get in contact with us here and we can arrange pick up of your wiper blades.

How long will my refund take?

Depending on your bank, refunds should be processed back into your account in 2-3 working days.

Fitment Issues

If for any reason the wiper blades do not fit your vehicle, we will arrange to quickly replace them or provide a full refund.

Defects

In the unlikely event that there is any physical imperfection when your wiper blades arrive or a defect is detected within 12 months of purchase, simply contact us with proof of purchase and a photo showing the issue and we will either replace the wipers at no extra cost or give you a full refund.

Should we need the wipers sent back to us, to return to the manufacturer for example, we will arrange and pay for courier costs.
