How do I know my wipers need replacing?
If you are experiencing skipping, splitting, streaking or squeaking, it is most likely time to change your wiper blades. Further information on when to replace your wiper blades can be found here.
What if I am unsure about my vehicle make/model?
No problem, just enter your vehicle registration/plate number into CARJAM for details about your vehicle.
What if I cannot find my vehicle in the drop-down menu?
Some vehicles require a little more work for us to match up to their wiper blades. Please fill in this form and we will promptly revert and let you know the wipers that you need.

We are in Manukau City, Auckland.

No, sorry we are an online business only.

Do you offer installation?
No, but these wipers are designed for easy installation so that you can do it yourself. Feel free to check out our installation videos here if you run into any difficulties.
Why are your wipers so cheap?
We import directly from Valeo, giving us freedom to pass savings onto our customers directly.
What are your wipers made from?
The wiper arms are 100% metal construction and the blades are made with Valeo’s patented Tech2 rubber formula for longer lasting performance.
What if I do not like the quality of the wipers?
Fill in form and we will be in contact to organise the return and refund
Do these wipers come with a warranty?
Yes they come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty.
How long is my warranty for?
One year.
If I sell my vehicle does my warranty still stand?
The warranty is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the customer identified on the invoice.
What if my wipers do not fit?
On the rare occasion that the wiper blades sent to you do not fit, please contact us here and we can double check the correct blades were supplied.
What does fitment guarantee mean?
Our fitment guarantee means if for any reason the wiper blades do not fit your vehicle, we will arrange to quickly replace them or provide a full refund.
Are these easy to install?
Valeo have designed these wiper blades for you to easily install. Check out our installation videos here if you have any issues.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes, you will, once you have finished purchasing wipers from us, you will receive an email confirming your order with your invoice attached to this email. Please check your spam/junk folder for emails relating to your purchase.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Will my information be secure?
We use Stripe payment platform to keep payments safe. Stripe meets the highest certification standards and has obtained regulatory licences around the world.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Currently no, but it is on its way, keep checking back.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer free shipping anywhere in New Zealand. From Cape Reinga to Stewart Island, we’ve got you covered.
What if I have a rural address?
Regardless of your address, delivery is FREE to anywhere in New Zealand.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our warehouse operates 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Any wiper blades ordered before 2pm on a weekday will be dispatched same day. Orders after 2pm will be shipped next working day. All weekend orders will be dispatched Monday morning.
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries should be completed within 2-3 business days.
Where are my wipers being shipped from?
All wiper blades are shipped from Manukau City, Auckland.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email from NZ Post informing you when your wiper blades have been collected from our warehouse. The email will also include a tracking number and link to track your parcel. You will also receive another email from NZ Post informing you when your wiper blades have been delivered. Please check your spam/junk folder for emails relating to your purchase.
Do you delivery internationally?
Currently no, but please get in contact with us here and let us see what we can do. International shipping would incur an additional cost.
Can I pick up my wiper blades?
No, we currently do not allow pick ups sorry.
Can I return my wiper blades?
Yes, in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective goods, we will resupply you at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if we are unable to resupply in a timely manner.
How do I return my wiper blades?
Get in contact with us here and we can arrange pick up of your wiper blades.
How long will my refund take?
Depending on your bank, refunds should be processed back into your account in 2-3 working days.
